【ACTIVITIES】Suzaku Pioneer Team's Educational Field Visit to Partner Schools

The Suzaku Pioneer Team at National Pingtung University is committed to advancing university social responsibility, with a special emphasis on supporting rural education. To foster collaboration with various partner schools, the project's principal investigator, Professor Lin Xiaowen, led the team on a site visit on January 25.

The visit aimed to share teaching resources from the team’s four sub-projects: 'Rural Reading,' 'Local English,' 'Contextual Mathematics,' and the 'Hope Project.' It also included discussions with partner elementary schools to establish future collaboration goals.

The team also made a visit to the Southern Power Exhibit Hall, a museum situated near the Taiwan Power Company's Third Nuclear Power Plant. With its emphasis on energy-related themes, the museum was an ideal resource for assisting the partner schools in creating local teaching materials tailored to their curriculum.
